This class is a continuation of Pointe training (1+ year of previous pointe training encouraged). This class will focus on transitioning away from the barre into beginning/intermediate center floor work en pointe, as taught at the instructor's discretion. You can wear any flexible clothing that allows for full dance movement. It is up to the student to be clearn and honest with the instructor to maintain safe and healthy exercise habits. Students are required to warm themselves up before class begins. It is highly recommended this class is taken as a co-requisite with Adult Advanced Ballet.
