For adults ages 18+. This class is the continuation of dance training (3+ years of adult ballet technique encourages). This class will move quickly, challenging students to pick up exercises quickly, implement technical ballet vocabulary, and utilize strength and flexitility in movement. Classes will be a collaboration between the individual student, class and instructor. This adult ballet class welcomes all adult dancers into a fun, safe environment for learning or reestablishing general body awareness and ballet technique. You can wear any flexible clothing that allows for full dance movement. Please wear pink (women) and white (men) ballet shoes. This is not a performing class. Please consider Beginning/Intermediate Pointe as a companion class.
