For adults ages 16+. This class can be an introduction to dance or the continuation of dance training. After reviewing basic technique, dancers will move quickly into exploring creative movement elements of contemporary and modern dance techniques.Classes will be a collaboration between the individual student, class and instructor. An emphasis on strength/flexibility training, full body coordination and mindful movement will be explored. This is not a performing class.
