Functional Fitness:
Tuesday 11 AM in the Lifestyle rm. This class is 45 mins. This is a fun and fast-paced workout designed to build strength, endurance and flexibility. Bring a set of 1-5 pound dumbbells and water. Each class begins with a 5 minute warm up and moves right into a strength and cardio combination. We finish up with 10-15 minutes of cool down and stretching. Each class is a little different to keep you coming back for more! Get ready to sweat, laugh, and feel great about yourself. Tickets released the 1st and 15th of each month, allowing reservations for two weeks of classes following each release.
